Return and Refund Policy
At Vestra, we have developed this policy to ensure you fully understand our refund and return procedures.
14-Day Return Policy
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by email at info@shopvestra.com.
Defective products: Please send a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Unwanted items: If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used.
Wrong product ordered: If you ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return and Refund Conditions
Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the costs.
Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with our return address.
Resp. for Import VAT on Returns: Customers are responsible for any import VAT and customs fees on returns. Vestra is not responsible for these costs.
Condition of Product: The product must not have been used. Once we receive the product, we will refund the order amount to the card you used.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at info@shopvestra.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect, defective, or the wrong size. To request an exchange, contact us at info@shopvestra.com.
Additional Costs
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Refund Period
It typically takes 5–7 business days for the customer to receive their refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received the goods.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
