Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Conditions:
Shipping applies exclusively to orders from the Netherlands, Germany, and other European countries.

Shipping from a Third Country:
Goods shipped from outside Europe (e.g., Asia) may be subject to import duties and Value Added Tax (VAT), which must be paid by the customer.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, they are shipped. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time:
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday). If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at info@shopvestra.com so we can assist you.

Shipping Costs:
All orders are delivered free of charge.

Shipment Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping provider's website.

Responsibility for Import VAT and Customs Duties:
Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees incurred when goods are delivered from a third country.

Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability), the package will be returned to Vestra Brands BV at the customer’s expense.

Address Changes After Shipment:
Once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Taxes:
Vestra does not charge any additional taxes.

Delivery Delays:
If the delivery time is exceeded, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.
